The Evolution of Prajña Vidya
To enable holistic development of children and teachers and empower them to reach their fullest potential.
Prajña Vidya, the social outreach wing of Creative School, began with a single, heartfelt calling: to empower children and educators worldwide. Rooted in the vision of holistic, conscious living, Prajña Vidya extends the transformative pedagogy of Creative School to diverse communities across the country and beyond.

Over the years, Prajña Vidya has supported educators (teachers and administrators), parents, NGOs, and children across the learning spectrum. Our carefully designed training programs aim to nurture well-being, self-awareness, and conscious leadership. Key offerings include:
-
The Sacred Classroom©
-
Life & Living™ Foundation Program
-
The Joy of Teaching Series
These programs are grounded in practical tools and spiritual wisdom, developed over two decades of experience.
Our programs have positively impacted over 50 institutions across India, including private schools, NGOs, and educational organizations.
Our outreach efforts have steadily expanded. Notable milestones include:
Successful implementation of our programs with Samagra Shikshana Kendra, Government of Karnataka, and DIET–SCERT, Government of Odisha.
In Odisha, Prajña Vidya engaged with 35 DIET districts and the SCERT, empowering grassroots educators through a focus on teacher well-being and self-development. Over 90 educators were trained in The Sacred Classroom© and Life & Living™ methodologies, enabling them to step into leadership roles with greater awareness and purpose.
A Teacher Well-being and Sacred Environment Program was conducted in January 2025 for 260 government school teachers in Kolar, Karnataka, focusing on daily practices such as affirmations, gratitude, mandala colouring, and whole-body tapping for emotional regulation and well-being.
Swadhaa Waldorf School, Pune, sent 23 students to Creative School’s Freedom Land campus for a five-day experiential retreat. The students engaged in workshops on emotional well-being, mindfulness, and creative expression.
Creative School, with over 15 years of pioneering work in integrating well-being and conscious living into education, was invited to present at the South Asia Cambridge Conference, where it shared its structured approach, trained facilitators, and replicable tools for holistic school transformation.
To date, our training programs have impacted over 1,500 educators, administrators, and resource persons, reaching diverse communities and educational settings across India and the world.
Prajña Vidya continues to stand as a beacon for transformation—nurturing self-aware educators, emotionally resilient students, and learning environments rooted in purpose, connection, and holistic well-being.
